Rabbi David Shneyer

Reb David is the founder and director of the Am Kolel Jewish Renewal Center based in Rockville. A singer and composer of new Jewish liturgical folk music, Reb David has made numerous pilgrimages to Yogaville (Satchidanada Ashram) in Virginia and enjoys exploring the Eastern roots of Judaism. He is also active in T’ruah, the Rabbinic human rights organization, JStreet and Jewish environmental groups.
