Another Way to Be

During the Omer, mindfulness and mindful communication teacher Alison Cohen leads this 4-week course. It is designed to help us develop kinder, more compassionate relationships with ourselves, which in turn can positively impact our relationships with others. Each interactive session will explore what self-compassion actually means and feels like through specific self-compassion cultivation meditations, optional written reflection, and discussion. Visit https://tinyurl.com/awtbcourse for more details.
